Please contact me before 7 days within delivery at frenchibathbody@gmail.com . To qualify to return, iteam must be unusedand it's original packaging. Fallowing can't be returned or exchanged: custom or personalized orders, or iteams on sale.

Please allow 1-3 days for processing time. Custom order must be place at least 4-6 week before event. Soap is a cold process and required cure time.
